| I. Background | |

血小板衍生生長因子（PDGF）是一類重要的生長因子，主要由血小板、內皮細胞和 巨噬細胞分泌，在細胞增殖、遷移、分化和血管生成等生物學過程中發(fā)揮關鍵作用。它不 僅在正常生理過程中（如傷口愈合和組織修復）起重要作用，還在多種病理過程中（如癌 癥、纖維化和動脈粥樣硬化）扮演重要角色。PDGF家族包括PDGF-A、PDGF-B、PDGF C和PDGF-D四種亞型。PDGF通過與其受體（PDGFR）結合，激活下游信號通路，調控細胞行為。 |
